Opencv-Python cv2.CV_CAP_PROP_FPS error

我用户用opencv 3.2.0和python 3.5.2。执行以下代码时确报如下的错误：

1. videoCapture = cv2.VideoCapture(file_path)
   
2. fps = videoCapture.get(cv2.CV_CAP_PROP_FPS)
   
3. size = (int(videoCapture.get(cv2.CV_CAP_PROP_FRAME_WIDTH)),
   
4.         int(videoCapture.get(cv2.CV_CAP_PROP_FRAME_HEIGHT)))

3.     fps = videoCapture.get(cv2.CV_CAP_PROP_FPS)
   
4. AttributeError: module 'cv2.cv2' has no attribute 'CV_CAP_PROP_FPS'

在Opencv3.2中，把CV放在flag的前面应该没问题：

1. videoCapture = cv2.VideoCapture(file_path)
